First Light (“the app”) is built for individual use and is designed with privacy as a default.

## Data We Collect

We collect no personal data. First Light does not transmit any information to external servers, third-party analytics services, or any other outside party.

## Data Stored On Your Device

All app data is stored locally on your device only. This includes:

• Morning routine steps and wake times
• Routine completion history and streak counts
• App blocking selections
• Night mode and weekly plan settings
• In-app purchase status

This data never leaves your device.

## Screen Time & App Blocking

First Light uses Apple’s Screen Time API (FamilyControls, DeviceActivity, and ManagedSettings frameworks) to block apps during your morning routine window. This feature operates entirely on-device through Apple’s system frameworks. No usage data or app activity is accessed or stored by First Light.

## In-App Purchases

Subscription and purchase verification is handled entirely through Apple’s StoreKit framework. First Light does not process or store any payment information.

## Third-Party Services

First Light uses no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, crash reporters, or advertising networks.

## Children’s Privacy

First Light is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone.

## Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
